You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please indicate the number of adults and children under 13 in your group using the Special Request Box when booking. Extra guests can be accommodated for an additional fee of GBP 50 per person. Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties, or similar parties. Please note the use of electronic cigarettes is not permitted at the property. Late check-out after 10:00 is possible by prior arrangement and will incur an extra charge. Subject to availability. Early check-in is possible, subject to availability and a surcharge will apply. Security check is required over the phone after booking received by the property. Failure to do that, reservation will not be processed.
