TCS Group Holding PLC (TCS LI) (the "Group"), including "Tinkoff Credit Systems" Bank ("TCS Bank"), Russia′s leading provider of online retail financial services, today announces that Oleg Tinkov, founder of TCS Bank and a well-known Russian entrepreneur, was named the Top Manager of the Year by Delovoy Petersburg, Russian daily business newspaper, based in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

Delovoy Petersburg chose Oleg Tinkov for the Top Manager of the Year from the TOP-100 senior executives. In addition to this title, Oleg Tinkov was named the Manager of the Decade, as Delovoy Petersburg has celebrated the 10-year anniversary of the TOP-100 project in 2013.

Commenting on the award Oleg Tinkov said: “The best managers are from St Petersburg. I keep saying, Russia is the best country in the world to do business and St Petersburg is the best city to live.”

The TOP-100 project celebrates the achievements of top managers from the largest Russian companies, who influence the economy of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region in Russia. The nominees are selected from 20 industries based on quantitative criteria, namely their company’s revenues, average number of employees and debt burden for 2011 and 2012.
